Description
This monthly automated subscription option is only available using a Credit Card or Visa-Mastercard Bank Debit Cards at the moment.
PLEASE NOTE! Orders made for subscriptions have a cut off date of the 5th day of every month.
Why a different cut off for Subscriptions?
We had to modify the cut off date for subscriptions because every month the second Tuesday falls on a different amount of days from the 1st of the month. Some months it could be 7 days, most other months its days more. Since subscriptions work to submit your order automatically every month, they need to be set with enough time so that they will never be submitted or charged after a regular cut off day. We added a couple days for leeway just in case something unforeseen happens with your order. Subscription boxes open up for purchase again on the second Saturday of the month.
How do the order and renewal dates work out?
Subscriptions can be hard to understand sometimes so we hope to explain how they work here for you:
Any subscriptions made after the second Saturday of the month (for the next months box) are charged upon starting your subscription.
If it is after the 5th day of the month, but it still happens to be a few days until the regular non-subscription cut off (Second Tuesday of the month) you can make a REGULAR, non-subscription order to get your box for the immediate/impending pickup date, then come back after the second Saturday to make your subscription order that will go from then on.
Example of the timeline for ordering a subscription box:
You subscribe anytime after the second Saturday of the month until the next up-coming cutoff date shown on the right side bar, your card will be charged now as you complete your subscription order. Your box will then be ready for pickup on the displayed pickup day shown on the right side bar. Your card will continue to be charged and an order for the same box will be submitted automatically on the same day each month going forward.
